I feel like there's more to this that is being let on. There are a lot of reasons the fiancée would have freaked out: had she been under the impression you were both virgins? Had you told her your "list" and specifically excluded this woman? Who is this woman--her friend, sister, or someone you still habitually talk with? We're you lying through omission by not telling her? While at face value it seems she's a freak, I'm betting there is more to this story that you aren't telling.

My husband almost divorced me when he found out I was still in contact with someone I'd slept with once. We'd been friends years before and after, it was just the once. Like you totally deserved it if a close relative of hers blurted out that you had slept together one night in a drunken orgy (well, only if you recognized the person before things got serious with your fiancée).
