My thoughts are there is more to this story, perhaps op is still close to this girl that he slept with three years ago. Fiancé finds out because someone let it slip. Suddenly "best friend" has a whole new meaning in her mind. There are a few scenarios that when you look at it from the bride's point of view make sense. But who knows, she could just be a crazy asshole.

Only if OP actively lied to her. If she assumed and never asked, that's her own fault for assuming. However, this FML has incomplete information. She could be totally crazypants, or he could have lied/misled her. It's hard to tell.
