Not an fml! If you said 'your grades are DROPPING' and he said 'so is your weight ' it means your weight is dropping too... Congrats! But you took it wrong ! Use it to your advantage

If your weight was dropping and getting out of control, then wouldn’t that imply you were underweight not overweight? Looks like your son wasn’t as clever as he wanted.
