Working conditions

Today, it's raining at my work. Not outside, inside, because our building's boiler broke and all the pipes are dripping with condensation. I have to sit at my desk under an umbrella to protect my laptop and desk phone. The HVAC company said, "Don't worry, this is normal." FML

Hahahaha, I'd love to see what's "abnormal" in your company's eyes.

Do you work in an umbrella factory?

Well, it is normal for condensation to drip from pipes leading to a broken boiler. Guess you're stuck there til they get it fixed....hopefully they'll bring you a waterproof sleeping bag and pillow : )

was any one else annoyed by the OP's inability to properly use periods and commas?

u wrote this fml while u were at word didnt u ???

this is normal to you what kind of jobs u had

be careful, an open umbrella inside is bad luck... next it will rain inside your home!!!

That's illegal. It's called cruel work enviornment. Law states that any heating unit (the boiler in this case) must be in working order in order for employees to remain working.

I think this FML sucks. Because OP thinks uses fragments ineffectively. YDI for sleeping in English class.
