Everyone talking stat rape is an idiot because it sole depends on in which state they reside. If he is also a minor the odds they can charge him with anything is not good. I'm an actual law school student and just about every state has a 4 year clause unless the girl is under 13 or 14 because of the way society is. For most states aoc is 15 and some have lower. Unless OP is 20 or older the dad is his only problem
