I would suggest looking for a reassignment or work elsewhere. That manager clearly doesn't appreciate you. If you do leave, make sure someone higher up knows why.

Report it to HR, and point out that if this is allowed to stand, you should be allowed to categorically refuse extra 'bonus' opportunities. And if they agree, follow through. Be the biggest pain in the ass you can manage until they relent.
