a teenager should not be financially responsable for a whole family period. unless of corse she had a child but even then it's not a whole family it's 2 people.
That sucks. FYL.
anyone ever seen "true life: I support my family?" it DOES happen. well, unless you listen to the Republicans who claim that "anyone who doesn't work is living happily on welfare without a care in the world!" nope, not how it works. if you become disabled in this country, you're screwed. its VERY hard to get the government to help you. and you don't even want to know the amount of homeless veterans...
even if she wasn't in charge of a family, losing her job is obviously important to her. I got a job to help pay for college, and if i lost it it would effect me a lot. That was insensitive to say. Just because you might have a family to support doesn't mean your job is more important thatn hers. YDI
no no not **** your life, **** her life for having to look after her dead beat family.

Most teenagers aren't responsible for a whole family. So who wouldn't jokingly say that. Either she is the mother of children or she is over 16 (in which she could easily move out if necessary, but probably wont because siblings would then be put into some kind of foster care). If shes taking care of her siblings with her parents around, why arent they on disability?... I feel for the kid who asks, its definitely not THAT typical of a situation.
I hope u offered to help or something.
