Today, I was packing my son's lunch and we'd ran out of water bottles. I asked my 16 year-old to run to the store. She didn't want to, but gave me one she had. After dropping my son off, my daughter frantically told me she'd made a mistake. I sent my second grader to school with a bottle of vodka. FML

"Today I found out that my 16 year old daughter drinks vodka at school."

Okay, you guys are all running around, calling her an alcoholic. She is a teenager that drinks, WHAT A CRAZY, INSANE CONCEPT. Pretty much everyone I knew in high school drank, just because she had a bottle doesn't mean that she was drinking every night or drinking alone-she just had a stash to party with. Are you all home-schooled 80 year olds? People actually can drink without being alcoholics, you know.

#69 you're wise like a minature budah! hahah and you can't be that bad of a parent if your daughter cares for her siblings enough to be honest with you about it being vodka if the bottle so you could try and stop your son in time. that takes a lot of balls to tell your parents you accidently gave them vodka instead of water at the age of 16

#114 you can't be serious. it looks the same and someone that is too much of a hurry to stop at the store to buy a bottle isnt going to just stop and examine the bottle especially if she finds her daughter trustworthy. she assumes that because it looks like it that it is it. it's not like you can really smell whats inside with a closed lid if it's not directly under your nose. i'm sure she won't not check again but honestly..?

lol at #146. that should have been the FML.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. that is hilarious.

147, you're a ******* idiot. If a 16 year old is bringing alcohol to school often enough that she's got the routine of putting it in water bottles down pat and is hiding her drinking from other people, she's PROBABLY AN ALCOHOLIC, you retard. And if she has a stash, as you said, she's PROBABLY AN ALCOHOLIC. And there is plenty to be said about teenagers drinking like that. You don't hear about adults getting alcohol poisoning from drinking too much (well...maybe in their 20s, but unless they're an alcoholic, they've pretty much got their limit under control by their mid-twenties), and obviously this girl has a problem. I hope to God you never breed - last thing that the world needs is your crotchfruit running around thinking they're "speshul snowflaykes."

LMAO! wow that is actually super funny. but now you have another problem, your 16 year old daughter drinking vodka #8: it actually does. Well from where I come from it does. But that might not be true for you since I live in Hawaii. But yeah, it actually takes 25 years from the time the rain falls and the water gets purified and bottled (random fact lol) BUT THIS FML WAS ACTUALLY HILARIOUS, i hope you got it back before lunch (:
