BLEACH. And #42, people do it all the time. $200 dresses are roughly the same quality as a dress $80-$150. Trust me , I would know. Bleach doesn't come with a warning saying "Do not use on garments upwards of $100." It's made for CLOTHES, which said dress is...so, OP, go bleach that shit according to #9's directions and move on.
