Today, I went to Victoria's Secret to buy a bra. A woman sized me and then gave me a bra to try on in the fitting room. To my pleasure, it seemed to fit well. The woman who had sized me came in to check on me and replied, "Yeah, it happens. Not everyone can be symmetrical." FML

What the ****? Most women aren't symmetrical. You should have told her, "Yeah, it happens. Not every saleswoman can have a ******* clue."

It's better then having a third nipple. Or is it? Dun Dun Dun.

My boobs are almost a cup size apart in size. Every single person I know who doesn't have implants (I think every woman I know has natural breasts) has asymmetrical boobs. It's just how bodies work. That lady at victoria's secret is a giant bitch.

I really don't get how this is an FML. I'm not sure why everyone is saying the saleslady was rude, in fact, I'm not even sure what the saleslady "replied" to since the OP left out the part where she actually said anything to the salesperson. OP, it seems to me like the salesperson actually did a pretty good job here. She measured you and managed to find a bra for you, which fit quite well by your own admission. It sounds like she was trying to reassure you after you likely complained to her that your boobs are assymetrical or something of the sort. Essentially, you prompted her to respond to your comment in some way, and those were the words that popped into her head, I highly doubt she was trying to be malicious towards you. It's not as though she was furrowing her brow in frustration while staring at your tatas and muttering to herself about how abnormal they were. I suggest you try not to read so much into offhand comments made by random people, you'll end up being a lot happier.

I agree. The OP specifically said 'replied'. Without knowing what the saleswoman replied to, I don't see how she can be judged that easily.

I've never met a girl who's symmetrical...not naturally anyway

What? It's very common for one breast, usually the left, to be slightly larger than the other. But, on occasion it can be a dramatic difference to the point one might get a breast reduction on one side. This happened with my cousin who had a B-cup on her left side and a D on her right.

She must have bought her breasts... Should've knocked her out!

Mine aren't symmetrical, a lot of girls are the same way.

It's completely normal for women not to be symmetrical

Most natural breasted women aren't symmetrical
