It's alright. My parents never told me how to spell mine. I just made it up and decided how I wanted it pronounced too. It's not a common name though. I've never heard of something similar to it.

that sucks my grandfather found out that on his birth certificate that Rodger was really spelled Roger. It was mispelled on his certificate. The hospital also almost spelled my cousin Benjamin's name beniming.

that happened to my sister but she found out when she was 17. lol

lol this is funny. my middle name is easy. it's Robert, so I don't have to worry about spelling it wrong. My paternal grandfather's middle name (Carey) was originally spelled Cary by his parents but he changed it when he went into the navy. My maternal grandfather was named Jimmie but he changed his to Jimmy when he also went onto the navy. When I was younger, I always spelled my brother's first name wrong. lol

my name is Meaghan Marie mauka'a kuka'ilani Joyce... I didn't know Marie was part of my first name or how to spell my middle name until I was in 6th grade... I thought they just called me Meaghan Marie all the time cuz they were mad or something lol...cuz they usually call me megs... lol

THIS HAPPENED TO ME! TWICE well it was 10 years actually ( I'm 15) it was really spelled Margaret but I spelled it Margrett and with my other one it was Sandi but I spelled it Sandy not a big difference but it was pretty stupid of me and I wonder why nobody ever corrected me? :P
