Today, my boyfriend graduated from boot camp. After the ceremony, I rushed over and tried to jump into his arms. This would have been romantic if he was expecting it. Instead, he fell over and we crashed onto the floor in front of everyone. FML

What did you expect to happen? Imagine that someone slightly lighter than you tried to jump into your arms; do you think you could lift such a weight if you weren't prepared for it? Even if I threw a ball at your face at the slowest speed possible, I'm pretty sure you couldn't catch it if you weren't expecting it.
