Today, I felt dizzy and light-headed. So I sat down at the top of my stairs calling my brother who was downstairs, for help because I was scared something was wrong with me. He called back "No, I'm eating." I fainted. When I woke up, I was still alone upstairs and he was still eating downstairs. FML

Today, I stood up too quickly and got dizzy, so I sat on the edge of the bed to regain my balance. I started dozing off to sleep again, got confused, and peed down the side of my bed thinking I was on the toilet. FML

Today, I was standing at the top of the stairs petting my dog. The doorbell rang and my dog bolted down the stairs, tripping me. I fell down the whole flight of stairs backwards. Turns out the person at the door was my brother who had locked himself out. I almost died for no reason. FML

Today, I fainted in my bathroom, full on naked and sprawled out on my bathroom floor. When I came to, I was in pain from landing on my side and very disoriented. I sat up and could see my husband just roll over in bed and go to sleep. He didn’t even ask me if I was OK. FML

Today, while at work, I started to feel sick to my stomach, hot, and dizzy. My co-worker told me to go home. On the way through the locker room to get my stuff, I experienced a dizzy spell so severe, I blacked out and pooped myself. No one in the building is going to let me forget this. FML

Today, after staying in bed all day for a week from sickness, I get up to tell my mom I have terrible back pain and feel extremely dizzy. After curling up on the chair next to her, not being able to keep my head up for too long, she simply stares at me and says, "Can I finish my dinner now?" FML

Well, at the very least, he could've dialed 911 when you passed out. Then again, if you failed to take some meds, etc., this might be your own fault. *shrug* It would've been nice if you had given us a bit more info to go on. Meh. In any case, your brother's both a moron and an asshole.

You don't call freaking 911 because someone faints. That's just stupid and a waste of emergency services. There is nothing life threatening about fainting.

thats dumb to say...how do you know its not something life threatening? there are many causes for fainting, so unless you're a medical professional, and you thouroughly know the person's medical history, better be safe then sorry and call the emergency service of your country

Perhaps your brother was feeling faint as well which is why he was eating something and couldn't come to your aid? ;-) Anyway, could have been worse. You could have kept going and fainted while walking down the stairs. Stop whining about how your fainted this one time and your life sucks because nobody cares.

One time I was blacking out and had to puke at the same time. My husband would not wake up to help me to the restroom and I was not going to puke on the floor, so I tried my best to get to the toilet. I face planted onto the bathroom floor and woke up all beat up from the fall. Just be glad you didn't get hurt! Lol
