im engaged to a girl 3000 miles away but we talk on the phone all the time, have webcams, can text for free, pretty much constant communication and will be moving to be with her soon and we've met a couple of times and know we're not faking it, i guess we're a little different, sometimes love is more than physical needs and knows no bounds. but i can't see how you spent a whole year without hearing or seeing them unless they just sent you pictures of some woman off the internet so YDI for being lame with the communication and claiming that typing is dating. but FYL for wasting a year and being sad enough not have phoned, that sweet saucy talking 14 year old ;] haha

YDI. I have no problem with meeting people online, but having a whole relationship online is just stupid. That and how did you not manage to talk/Skype/anything at all in an entire year?

After just four months of dating online, I met my now husband in person. He's Japanese and lived in Tokyo and I'm from Wisconsin. You have no excuse not to meet somebody in person after conversing online after a full year. YDI... and you also totally asked for that to happen, waiting an entire year, you loser. Jeeze. LOL, #57!!!
