I feel you, OP; I had a thin metal pipe shoved up there myself some years ago, at an urologist, because I had spent five weeks in a coma, with a catheter, and had to check that things were still working as they should, and it's by far the most uncomfortable/painful thing I've ever experienced being conscious!
isn't this a very normal procedure to check for many types of STDs?
