you know, I COULD SWEAR THAT THIS POST WAS FAKE, BECAUSE NO ONE CAN BE THAT STUPID OR SELFISH WHEN THEIR KID NEEDS THEM, but when I think about it, there are some people like you, and to say you escaped with your dignity is a total lie, in your sons eyes you are a total failure, you just let him down, worse, it was on a topic that will haunt him for the rest of his school career my writing is terrible, it's so bad I can barely understand it at times, but it has my style and I know my writing, because it's mine. what's worse, they will think he forges every signature that he brings in, and eventually he'll either be kicked out of school, or they'll figure you out... if you admit to it now you can prevent any trouble from furthering, but if you wait, you'll be without a shred of dignity, no one will talk to you for being so selfish, and if it's considered bad enough by the society your in, you'll be without a job to. which is worse, being a little embarrassed, or ruining a good life both you and your son have.
