I have to call this fake..... if the laws are the same as in Canada then you have to go to a judge and you have to tell the judge why you need a restraining order (abuse, stalking, harrasment ect.) and then he will look over the evidence and he will most Lilkely talk to the person who the restraining order will be against... if he finds no reason for the restraining order he will throw it out.

This sounds like something that happened to me a couple of years ago. This random chick I barely knew and almost never saw reported me to the school principal for stalking. I asked some of her friends about it, and they told me that nobody actually thought I was stalking her; she was just doing it to get attention. I still got in trouble.

Maybe she just thinks she's hot enough for you to stalk.
