I know how you feel. I'm very allergic to cats too, and my family has one. Once I was watching one of MY Shakespeare movies which none of my family likes, but they were watching with me anyway, when our cat jumps onto the sofa and I start getting my allergy symptoms. After 10 minutes my sister told me to go away because I was making too much noise. I couldn't watch the end of my favourite movie when I was seeing it for the first time, because my parents prefer our cat over their own daughter.
aww...your cat must feel loved
I'd do the same.
Haha I love it
Sorry but suck it up Hun. I'm allergic to cats and I've got two. They also both sleep with me every night. Yeah it's not the best for me but you make sacrifices for the ones you love, whether it be a cat or your boyfriend. That man loves his cat so don't complain when he's upset that he can't sleep with him anymore. You never EVER ask someone to get rid of or ignore a loved pet that they've had longer than they've been with you. It's not right. Ok, I've said my piece.

Never make someone choose between you and the pet they probably had before they knew you, and who will still love them after your relationship ends. Either take some antihistimines and deal with it, or accept defeat now.
That's pretty harsh but I wouldn't call this a FML unless he continually gets out of bed in the middle of the night to sleep with the cat.
