OP here, yes of course i broke up with her over it, which she still thinks I'm over reacting to. I ended up calling for more pain pills but they wouldn't approve me any more that fast. I ended up just dealing with the pain on my own while being bitched out for being selfish.
Ordinarily, I would say it's in bad taste, but I think you managing to move out AND make a sex tape while she was at work is really impressive considering the lack of pain meds.
Ugh I feel so bad for you! After 2 days your incision isn't healed! I'm 5 days off surgery and I still need them.
I get narcotic itch, nausea, throwing up, all sorts of fun stuff. No reason to get high on it. I swear I don't get high on it, you can't see it from the inside, but last Christmas i took them for my neck trauma I yelled at the cat fo not asking me first if it should snow outside! Sorry your ex couldn't be more considerate of you. My fiancé has medical marijuana; I know where he keeps it. I leave it strictly alone! I broke my ankle when I was 13. The break's pain wasn't as bad as the surgery pain was when you had to wait hitting the call button for someone to show up 2 hours late with more pills and it's already worn off! (Or my broken leg getting rammed into the back of the elevator right before surgery that day!)
Be very careful taking Tylenol. It is easy to poison your liver. I think 7000mg you start to reach toxic levels. You may have to see how many you can take safely until your pills can be refilled (and they want to wean you off them ASAP anyway.) Remember your RICE. Rest Ice Compression Elevation. And if you use your cast to clunk your ex on the head, I don't blame you!
You weren’t being selfish. What she did was wrong.

I'm usually against saying "dump'em," but yeahhh...this isn't a minor issue that can be resolved through communication or just some unfortunate accident with a bad outcome. She stole from you to get high and doesn't think it's a big deal.
Your should-be-your-ex girlfriend is a thoughtless selfish junkie
