Um because it's a FACT? Should he have said IT every time he was gonna say she? It's amazing how all the comments are supportive when everyone thinks the boss is a guy and a dick, but as soon as it's a woman everyone turns on op. Either what the boss did was bitchy/dickish or it wasn't, man or woman.

Well, that's kinda double edged sword... You can either find a new job, and quit. Or, you can wait for them to fire you. (If you have a severance package, even better.) You should poke your head into his office and ask if you can just review your performance there. Maybe he'll tell you what's up and you can fix it.
