It's not that hard to break open a hotel/motel safe. One method would be to drop it forcefully on its corner, safes now open. Second method, flat tip screw driver in corner + hammer = safe open.
Keep all your safes away from this guy.
Lol @ burgled
I've worked in many hotels in my lifetime and it's not uncommon for the safe in te toom to be unattached to the wall. However, those things weigh like 500 pounds so I can't imagine how this burglar got away with it. Make sure you notify the staff...I'm sure there are cameras everywhere in the hotel and outside. Maybe they can identify a license plate or something.
Is burgled actually a word???
Yes, it is a proper word.
Haha! That sucks...
Yep in this case its not your fault its the hotel companies. Take it up with them and see that will get you anywhere, good luck.
maybe it's because you spell like a dipshit...'burglarized' not 'burgled'
You really need to be more aware of the world before you start dishing out hurtful comments. It may come back to haunt you.

What hotel did you stay at so I can avoid staying there.
I never noticed that. Better be more careful next time OP Maybe next time you go to a hotel you can fill the safe up with rocks and bring your valuables with you. You know, just in case :P
