Today, I came back to my boyfriend's house where I've been staying to find all my things thrown outside, ruined, including my entire CD collection, textbooks and clothes cut up. All because I had left my phone there and had got a text from a guy saying, "Hi, how have you been?" FML

Today, my boyfriend came over and dropped off my phone, which I'd left at his place the night before. He immediately left in a sulk. As I looked through my texts, I discovered he was only so moody because I hadn't answered any of his calls or messages. I'm dating an idiot. FML

Today, I got home and found all my things thrown out into the yard, including the stuff from my mancave, which I spent thousands of dollars on. Apparently, my girlfriend stopped for a visit while my wife was home. I’d stupidly given her a key. Turns out my wife called out sick today. FML

Today, I stayed at my boyfriend's house after mine was broken into. The robber took my laptop, jewellery, and tons of clothes. When I walked into his house, I was greeted by his brother, wearing one of my stolen shirts. FML

Today, I walked out of my boyfriend's house to see my car window smashed in and my steering wheel cover stolen. I was only staying at his place because there had been a rash of vehicle break-ins in my neighborhood. FML

Very true, they know acting like that on the first date will definately not guarantee a second date. Plus there's comfort in consistency, if you know the guy is going to hit you and then buy you flowers you're fine with it cause you don't know any different. It becomes a cycle.

time to move on ! .. obviously he cant handle you have guy friends. and since it seems like you were dating for quite awhile since you were living with him, shouldnt he know all your relatives and friends? so that person who texted you, shouldnt he know who he is? at least you figured out what you dont want/need in the future.

What a loser! Your much better off without him! From the sound.of it, you are lucky he destroyed your stuff, and didn't hit you instead. When he comes crawling back, begging you to take him back, don't do it.
