you have to have a four year college degree and experience to work with the animals, that's why they call them professionals.
reminds me of the time I got a job with sears portraits. the background check company had problems matching my social security number to my married name because the social security office messed up. i ended up getting 5 or 6 letters in the mail saying that I didn't exist.
