Direct that idiot to the nearest exit and tell them to be a swagfag somewhere else.
Society has gotten quite out of hand over the past 10 years. I remember growing up and when you went to an interview you put on a suit and tie, brought your resume and other credentials. Now people barely dress up. I have also yet to see someone actually bring a resume with them as well for their interviews.
Only the people that really want to look presentable and to show that they have matured will go that far.
Not myself, but watching my father and mother going to interviews. They would put on suits and have their resume's ready to go.
I'm not very old but the couple of job interviews I have had didn't require me to bring in my resume. I always turned in my resume with my application so it wasn't needed. I did always have one with me though just in case it was lost or misplaced, but I've had the luck of that not happening

The question is, did you give theme the job.(Even if they're unqualified in my eyes)
I hope not!
if the candidate is not serious about the Job then that person is not suitable for job.
what an idiot..
Really? Not really that promising...maybe next time
This selfie is brought to you by federal welfare

Did you at least photobomb it?
And that's how they become a not-so-promising candidate
