You could use your internet time much more effectively by googling how to fix the problem. There are plenty of ways to remove permanent marker stains, at least to an extent where you can paint over it without it showing through the paint.

What a jerk!! Key his car or something worse if thats possible! If all else fails paint over it so you might be able to forget about it! But get revenge first! muahh ha ha ha >:]
