"...Well I guess I could just play it safe and forget about love, hope and faith, with my eye on the shore line, keeping my boat tied and staying home, ohhh but I’ll never discover new land by keeping my feet on the sand No I’d rather set sail and get carried away by the storm. I’d rather burn with desire deep in my soul, And love like a fire that’s out of control, and laugh and dance and fall and chance and kiss I’d rather live my whole life with a sense of abandon, Squeeze every drop out, no matter what happens. And not wonder what I've missed I’d rather risk...." She's gotta take a risk sometime in her life
that guy is a damn asshole.
That's not surprising. That is the way that ALL Massachusetts liberals react when they predict "danger". "When in trouble, when in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout." Regardless if the subject is global-warming, stimulus bills, health care, tater-tots, and on and on ad naseum... Your wife was just being true to her politics.
how is this an fml. :| so your wife is friad of flights. biig deal? -.-
That sucks. Why couldn't you do something else if your wife is deathly afraid of planes? Like seriously, not too cool of you. Haha, just joshing around ; ) But that does suck that she started freaking out before it ever took off, better luck next time! : )
We "haven't" even left the ground yet, as opposed to "hadn't"? Implying you still hadn't at the time of writing. If you actually submitted this FROM the plane while your wife was panicking next to you (which I doubt), then you might just have, like, the biggest pair in the world.
Wouldn't it be great if we saw this? Today, I left for vacation. While the plane was still on the tarmac, the pilot announced that there would be some storms in the flight path. I jokingly said to the man next to me "It's probably fate. We all have to go sometime!" Turns out his wife is deathly afraid of flying and she had a panic attack. FML Maybe not great, just kinda funny.
Not really.. What normal person would say that? That isn't even a remotely funny thing to say.
I understand your wife, in these days it's very dangerous to fly. You see everyday planes falling, people dying, literally everyday in the news. You should've punched that pessimist SOB, what a ******* asshole. I'm sure the guy has no life. Also I hope you were nice to her during her panicking. Poor women.
Funny, I've watched the news all week and haven't seen any reports of planes falling from the sky. ... people literally use literally far too much and in the wrong context.
I never see anything about planes falling haha they wouldn't be allowed to fly the plane if it was considered dangerous.

That's when you knock the ****** out and tell your wife everything will be ok.
Aww jeez. Hope your honeymoon is nice, though.
