Today, I left on my honeymoon with my wife who is terrified of flying. The pilot announced incoming storms in the flight path, and the man next to me starts saying it's "probably fate" and "we all have to go sometime." My wife went into a full panic attack. We hadn't even left the ground yet. FML

The attack on 9/11 was and is the ONLY terrorist attack on the U.S. from another country. There hasn't been one in 8 years now. There most likely won't be another. Plus the fact that the government planned it all, it was an inside job. Look it up.

The only terrorist attack? What the hell happened to Pearl Harbor? Or does it not count since Japan doesn't count as a group of people intent on using terror to get their way because it's a country? You know, the Sons of Liberty were terrorists too... someone will say "but they attacked the British" but in reality they also attacked their fellows who didn't boycott British goods and such.

I think that it was kind of a jerk thing for you to do to have your honeymoon somewhere where you have to fly, when you know your fiancee/new wife is terrified of flying. If you live in Massachusetts there are plenty of beautiful vacation spots, or you can take a train to somewhere else. But instead, you pick a place where you have to fly. And if your wife picked the place, she was obviously trying to get over her fear of flying because she loves you, and then you go post about it on FML, in a way that makes your wife sound melodramatic. Way to go jerk

You mean to tell me that you guys think she is stupid to fly and hes stupid to take her somewhere that they have to fly to? They are obviously going to an expensive honeymoon spot, somewhere beautiful I'm sure and her being scared for a little while was worth it opose to not going. If he didn't care about his wife I doubt that he'd be marrying her or taking her on an ill ass honeymoon.
