lol@everyone.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH POKEMON? I still play it :(....RED VERSION FTW
Wow. Who knew Call of Duty and Pokemon were such hot button issues? I had a girlfriend who dumped because she thought I was immature for liking Star Wars, having roommates, and generally being down with the whole geek lifestyle. I had to point out, that I had a job, a car, and place to live and none of those things were dependent on my parents. She couldn't actually make the same claim. Point being, part of being an adult is deciding what that means. Still it isn't all that bad. You live, you learn. Rub some dirt on the wound and move on. And by the by, bitching about getting dumped is 80% of this site.
y did u even start dating him?!?
well jeez if you're 11 then that's all normal, right?
well, kinda like me. (except for the fact that i have Gears of War 2) nothing's wrong about a pointless (but rather impressive) collection, but if you decide to have revenge by destroying that collection, at least have a couple of thousand bucks at hand. and a REEEEALY good excuse. everyone tells me to grow up, but apparently being a loner (in a way) is more mature for them social bastards at my scool. pffft. and why be 'mature and normal'? i say that it's rather boring and life is pretty pointless if one can't have fun. everyone needs fun in one point in their life or another. so lighten up. being childish feels a lot better than a normal person would. plus, maybe you SHOULD take his advice. either you're a little too energetic or he has a lack of judgement. who knows. :)
Is there a problem with video games and collectibles? Maybe if you stop bitching and being immature, you would see the other side of the argument.
you just need to calm down and relax learn from this and move on the end if you let it linger then you haven't changed at all show that you have matured from this experience

Dude, your boyfriend broke up with you and you posted a whiney FML about it? Who -really- needs to grow up?
Yep, you definately need to grow up. There's nothing wrong with playing video games and having 'collectables' (aka Toys) as long as they don't take over your life. Your childish reaction to this breakup shows me that you need to grow up regardless if he does or not.
