Today, I got into my first car accident. Extremely upset, I called my parents, because it was their car and I didn't know what to do. I told them what happened, and asked if they were on their way to where I was. My dad's response was, "Hell no, we're eating dinner." FML

Today, I was in a car accident. When I came home, I told my mom. She just got angry with me, blamed me for it, and didn't even ask if I was OK. FML

Today, I was hit by a car while riding my bike, so I called my dad for help. He blamed me for the accident, said he wasn't sure what I wanted him to do, and suggested I call my mom instead. She isn't picking up. FML

Today, I was sent by my mother and her boyfriend to pick up some take-out. After getting the food, I began to turn out once the traffic light was green. An asshole cop sped past the red light and slammed into my car, totaling it. When I called my house, my mom's boyfriend asked, "Where's our dinner?" I'm fine, by the way. FML

Today, I illicitly borrowed my dad's car to go to the store, but crashed into my mom's car as she and dad were returning from my grandma's house. Both cars are totalled, my mom is in hospital with a broken collarbone, and I realised dads really can make steam come out their ears if they’re really mad. FML

Today, I was busy working on a paper, so my parents offered to go get me some Mexican food. Eager for some nachos, I thanked them. At 9 p.m. they weren't back, so I called. They weren't in an accident, but spontaneously buying a new car without telling me. They didn't return until 11 p.m. with cold, greasy KFC. FML

Today, I crashed my brother's car. All my friends know about this and not a single person has ask if I'm OK, even my dad and brother don't seem to be worried about me. Only my mother and I are sad because I don't know how to pay for a new car, the old one is in pieces. Thank god I'm alive but maybe dead would've been better. FML

Today, while driving home, a jeep hit the back of my car. When I got home and told my boyfriend, he acted concerned but still wanted to know what was for dinner. I think I have whiplash, can't stop shaking from the shock and he's practically already waiting at the dinner table. FML

why would they immediately be on their way? just talk to the cops and talk to the person. it's not that complicated.. if you're not badly injured. at least he didn't yell at you for crashing his car

A deer ran in front of me as I was taking a friend home one night around 2 AM. I tried to stop but couldn't and I struck it dead on. It was so large that it ended up doing around 2400$ worth of damage to my truck. I called my dad to let him know, and all he said was "You really ****** up this time! I ******* hate you!" and hung up on me. Needless to say, I have since moved 9000 miles to be away from him. He is a huge Bush/Rush supporter and thinks Obama should be his slave and that Obama will destroy the USA and hand it over to the terrorists. I have never known anyone to be such a careless racist.

Your dad is a ******* prick. If he ever gets into an accident and calls you for a ride, say the same thing back to him. Or even better, when he's old and has a heart attack.
