Today, I bought cupcakes from a bakery by my work. I took them home, at which point my mother screamed at me because she's on a diet. Hours later I found the whole box empty. Great self-control, mom. FML

I don't think you understand, food can be a drug. I know it was for me and I could not let anything good-tasting go when I knew about it's existence in our house. It really is a drug, so I think it is pretty inconsiderable of you to bring that in. Temptation is a bitch.
