if you can get the right proof and enough of it you can sue them for discrimination. though that's a big thing and without the proper proof and lawyers you would lose. I would tell them you are leaving for a higher paying job and see if they will give you a raise to keep you.

You don't want to work in food management for reasons like this. Also 50+ hours every week and low pay. You're better off doing almost anything else.

um hello its a fast food restaurant only people who work there usually are stoners or some kind of drug user, felons, the random crabby old lady thats been in the same crew position for 20 years , teenagers and the token college kid trying to pay for college. Aim higher with your goals in life. I think that them passing you over is a blessing in disguise. I mean do you really wamt to spemd your life smelling like Burgers 5 days a week ??
