Hm. I can almost see how people say singing can be irritating, HOWEVER...he sounds very rude and inconsiderate. I mean, even if he is having a bad day, you attempting to make him feel better should not be brushed off like that. If he did not feel like listening to you, then he could have handled it a lot better. Instead, he could have said something like, "Sorry babe, but I'm really not in the mood right now" or "I like hearing you sing, but now just isn't the time" rather than "Shut up." He shoudn't say that to you, just on general principle. Sorry he was so rude. Next time, just say you're sorry he's having a bad day, and don't try to help out too much; save yourself the humiliation and hurt.
NICKI! seriously?! did you really HAVE to post this on FML? -.- i mean honestly.. sometimes.. UGH. AND STOP CALLING ME!
Seriously?
Are you really OPs bf?
haha the same thing happened to me and my boyfriend..only he's not as rude about it :/
The last thing a guy wants when he's pissed is his gf singing some annoying song that he has probaly never heard of to him over the phone, that's really annoying xD.
Was it the song choice? What did you sing to him?
that sounds like it would annoy me too

Just because he likes your voice doesn't mean you can sing.
And? Your life is ******... How, exactly?
