thank you, language police! It really warms my heart that a few people still stick to proper grammar and spelling.

How could you eat a cow???? Cows are friends, not food! Also, food isn't gonna make you feel better! You are just gonna gain weight and cry yourself to sleep with a bar of chocolate and 8 cats around you while watching date time t.v.! Get a life fatty!
Try caring about people as well as animals next time.
Animals are kick ass and they do not want to be cooked into food!
People, there's really no reason to debate whether the OP is fat or not, because it really doesn't matter. What's relevant is that the OP, in that meal, consumed between 2000-2310 calories depending on the size of the chicken nuggets and whether or not the soda was diet. That means that she got between one and two day's worth of calories in one meal. In clinical terms, a meal that size definitely counts as a binge, and eating that much on a regular basis can cause all kinds of physical and mental health problems. Not to mention these aren't even foods high both in calories and nutrition. The reason you don't feel full after a Big Mac (540 calories) is because it's made up of empty calories. (Source: http://nutrition.mcdonalds.com/nutritionexchange/nutrition_facts.html) So while we can't know whether or not the OP is actually fat, we do know that she's engaging in some seriously unhealthy eating and yes, I think she was right to be embarrassed.
Since when is 2000 calories two days worth? The average teenager needs to eat over 2000 calories per day just to get by without becoming a lethargic sloth.
Well, I don't work out, so I eat about 1600 calories a day to maintain my current weight. If I ever ate 2300 calories in one meal, I'd get huge pretty damn quickly. There's not much we can know without knowing how tall, how old, and how active the OP is, but for most people, 2300 calories in one meal is NOT a good thing.
