Idiots on bikes

Today, as I pulled to a halt at a stop sign, a cyclist ripped through the air, slammed straight into my fender, and almost launched over my car. I ended up being cited for reckless driving. FML

That mofo cyclist probably planned that...

Share the road... with stupid cyclists.

I hate cyclists. I know a guy who crossed double lines to get around a group of them (riding 5 wide on the road) and he was travelling at at least 100kmp/h and had full view of the road ahead. They dobbed him in... WTF?

Were there no witnesses to the accident? FYL, indeed. But, at least you can say, "a guy on a bike hit my car," instead of, "I hit a guy on a bike WITH my car."

He ripped through the air? Was this a flying bicycle?? I DEMAND A FLYING BICYCLE NOW!

Life's not fair. That said, why not make it a little less fair for the cyclist?

Th e cyclist is at fault there

Maybe the op was speeding his car and while he was able to immediately stop the car rather than gradually slowing it down the cyclist wasn't able to stop immediately and thus hit the car.

It doesn't matter. You should leave enough space so that if the vehicle in front of you comes to a stop that you can stop in time. It's always your fault when you rear-end someone. Why should you have to worry about people behind you? They should leave enough space.

Time for revenge... bring a throwing knife to court and throw it at him knife style.

So if you stop and a car rear ends you that's his fault, but if a bike does it that's your fault? ******* justice system is corrupt.

The second post was quite unnecessary.
