You people need to learn what a fender is. It isn't a bumper like at the front or back of the car. A fender is like a quarter panel, which is located above and just beside the wheel. This person seems to have pulled too far into the intersection for their stop and was hit perpendicularly by a bicycle.

I call bullshit on that one buddy, your not gonna get a ticket for reckless driving if you stopped at a stop sign unless you were doped in like a mother-f**ker and stopped at the last minute, so don't stretch the truth just to make your life seem more interesting because you got approved by the FML community.

The problem is that byciclists shouldn't be on roads. Or sidewalks. Honestly, they need theirown paths of some sort.
