You are an idiot for not reading the box. Ant farms never come with ants. You have to send off for them.
why leave a 5 yr old alone in a room with an ant farm where he can reach it? YDI for being an idiot
Did you really expect anything different from a five year old boy?
If it where me I'd move out for a couple days, I'm allergic to ant bites. xD FYL
You can't buy an ant farm with ants already in it. You have to mail in a coupon to get them. YDI for freaking out over some dirt.
YDI. Way to put them where he can reach, and just leave him there. He's a 5 year old!
When you buy an ant farm, the ants are partially frozen so they do not get out of the crate. When your son did this, the ants were probably still paralyzed from being frozen, so if you can find most of them, they shouldn't have bitten him and they won't infest your house. :)
Why do people buy inappropriate gifts for children? An ant farm would work for a 7-8 year old not a five year old. I hate when people do that!

I cannot even begin to think of how that might be a good present for a five year old. Your sister fails -__-
