I personally don't cuss at my children however I will admit the urge has been there. I am wondering exactly what triggered the point at which your mom to finally snap and throw out that phrase at you. I highly doubt you were simply correcting her with logic. It sounds...very smug and arrogant the way I am reading it. If the whole tone of the conversation was that way it can easily explain the snap. While I will not condone your mother cussing at you I do feel you were more than likely being disrespectful long before the snap. Of course I am ASSuming here.
