Idk why a lot of people are blaming the neighbor. I look outside my widows all the time (although I live in the country with not many neighbors) and if somebody was making outside they would be the problem. There is a house. Which is your private place. Use it. Not the public space.

I love how everyone keeps referring to the ops porch/yard as being public I mean don't get me wrong I wouldn't particularly want everyone f******g on their porch but in the end if you keep paying your rent/mortgage and you stay on your own PRIVATE property you should be able to do whatever the hell you want and if they make the choice to look then they can deal with what they see
