Statistical data indicates one of the following statements is true. They are not mutually exclusive. -The nephew is a little beast. -OP is indeed a pussy. According to the livestrong website, which I consider to be more accurate than all the 'in my experiences' I'm hearing here, a 7 yo should be able to do 8 pushups, a male adult 18-29 should be able to do 30. So, if a male adult is being out pushup'd by a seven year old boy, he is very likely a pussy.

Children are usually more athletic then teens and adults, they have less body weight to their size so they tend to be able to do push ups, climbing, running, ect. easier. Unless they are extremely lazy...
