yeaaah, it's never a good idea to admit if you don't know the difference, because there is a BIG difference, at least among the fans. and i mean while it sucks that you won't be going on a second date, i think you should just realize that you probably aren't on the same page anyway. and in all honesty i wouldn't be too interested in someone who didn't know the difference between star wars and star trek, mostly because i'm a geek :p

Ehh, it's not that bad. At least you didn't go to sleep with him and he forced you to role play ;) The YDIs have no logic behind them, since knowing star wars/trek isn't an important aspect of life. I didn't know Star Trek had their own 30 minute shows until last week, doesn't mean I'm going to die a virgin.
