Today, I took my "girlfriend" to a nice restaurant to celebrate our first month anniversary, only to find out she didn't even know we're dating, but only "friends who have sex sometimes." FML

Today, when I tried to break up with my girlfriend of 2 years, she had no idea we were even dating. She thought of all the movies, dinners, and "sleepovers" I had with her was because we were such great friends. FML

Today, it was my birthday. My girlfriend took me out to dinner. While at the restaurant, she went to the bathroom. She was then escorted out of the restaurant for having sex in said bathroom. I was sitting at our booth the entire time. FML

A first month anniversary? Really? Okay let me break it down for you- sex does not constitute a relationship. Relationships don't constitute sex. When you have any sort of partnership with anyone it's important that you specifically speak with them about what it is you want.

I had the same problem. The guy I thought I was dating, who does everything a boyfriend does, made me a nice dinner because I've been a great "friend"
