Keep that up and you'll lose your perfect life. One word: Therapy. That's absolutely toxic.
I’m not a woman, so I have no personal experience with hormones and cycles. But I can say that my mood is changeable and if I am uncomfortable or taking certain medications (like a steroid for an infection or inflammation) that I have learned that in those times I need to pay special attention not to lash out at the people around me… OP, I urge you to see both a medical doctor and a counselor to help you not sabotage your relationship. If it’s a medical issue underlying then that will give you insight. If it’s a psychological issue then a psychologist or counselor can help you learn to deal with the issue better. Ultimately, no matter how wonderful a person is much of the time, pointless arguments and frequent bad moods will affect your relationships.
How to ruin a good thing and tempt your husband into considering finding someone else that isn’t nuts!
What are you looking for, sympathy? Get bloody well help. Your husband and children deserve better.
You sound like my ex-wife. That should tell you something.
You should 1, get some therapy. A lot of people mimic the environment that they grew up in when in a relationship so if your parents would fight and argue, that is naturally what you will do in a relationship. You should also have a conversation with your partner and let them know because you are probably driving them crazy and making them start to question things.
