1. Go straight to a Dr or ER and make sure they also write all the details on your file. 2. Depending on what country you live in, get a legal opinion. That shit is a law suit waiting to happen. If you are in Australia, there are plenty of no-win-no-pay lawyers BUT you need to move on it fast. and you need witnesses to back up your story. if you are in the USA, then sue the maccas. They deserve it for bitching you out for getting hurt. that short of shit is expected from control freak bullies, and is not how you treat your customers.

Lawsuit
Contrary to popular belief, the presence of a floor sign does not in anyway diminish McDonald's responsibility in this accident. Get the contact info of witnesses, a doctor evaluation / assessment and let a lawyer sue for a % of the eventual payment. The owner / operator of that establishment has insurances for that and you have been paying for those every time you bought one of their products.
Only the best at McDonald's. :/
I would sue...just saying
Well, sue them and make it rain afterwards
ydi for being at McDonald's in the first place!
Sounds like they McFreakin' lost it.

If there wasn't a wet floor sign, you could threaten to sue for that. Also, you can report to the manager for them kicking you out for that.
