i do not understand how this is not an FML. He now has to deal with his mom and his wifes mom hating each other forever, just creating unwanted stress/headache. also he now never knows when his wife will now freak out about the parents hating each other... slightly off topic... can someone tell me what exactly an FML is considering everytime someone posts one people chime in "that is not an FML", so if you could, explain to me the guidlines of an FML

And that's why I'm glad my fiancé's parents only speak French and my parents only speak English. If either of our parents say something mean, we just translate it into something nice.... Seriously, though, that sucks. If they can't even handle the rehearsal, I'm a bit worried about the wedding day and the last thing you want is for your parents to decide to have a brawl on your wedding day! Hope the wedding went smoother!
