On the wagon

Today, it's been almost a week since I returned from my vacation to Ireland. Before I rarely drank. Now I'm pretty sure I'm an alcoholic. You might think I'm joking, but I've woken up hungover every day since I landed there. I basically paid to kill my liver and become AA's next poster child. FML

So you're saying rather than take responsibility for your choices, you're blaming a stereotype to justify your problem?

You should have tried to put a limit on the amount of drinks you had.

Meh...dont worry OP its just a phase. i thought i was for a while but i just didnt have anything to focus on. just a phase brody, youll be alright!

Well just go back. There's no such thing as an alcoholic in Ireland.

The more often I drink the easier my hangovers get. I call it liver training or future liver problems, depending how you choose to see it.

Your liver gets worse when you drink, you just get used to the hangovers and aren't as bothered by them. Drinking does NOT help your liver

To be fair, he said "training" not "helping"

Make sure to get a hold of it before it goes too far into the addiction, it's only been one vacation.

100% your own fault. You didn't have to drink, that was a choice. Fyl..

If you think because you've had a few hangovers your an alcoholic I think you need to look up the definition. Really isn't something to joke about, the illness ruins people's lives and people family.

Thats so true I went to ireland for 2 weeks. I never thought about drinking much until I went there. I ended up actually drinking enough to get me drunk... im 14
