Put that in your pipe and smoke it

Today, I was shopping when I overheard a woman telling an employee that she was buying an iPad for her 5-year-old son. Annoyed, I turned around and ranted about how he should have more age appropriate toys. Then she explained that her son is autistic and will be using the iPad to communicate. FML

YDI 100% Mind your own damn business when it comes to other people's kids.

General rule of thumb: if you're going to question someone's parenting on ANY level, no matter how insignificant it may seem to you, prepare to be verbally bitch-slapped (at the very least). How parents decide to raise their kids is none of your damn business.

It's the age of technology 5year olds are now learning on them in kindergarten my children are actually considered behind because they didn't know how to use them! Most of there assignments are on computer there required to have a lil Zip drive thing. Not to mention when you start paying the bills then your advice might be relevant. Besides like my mom always says if you are busy minding your business you won't have time to mind mine! Think it but don't say it you jackass

Next time just keep the comments to yourself.

and this is why we don't judge people before we know something about their situation

BOTH of my children are autistic, and for as much fun it is to own an iPad, I too, bought it solely for the purpose of communicating with them. Mind your own damn business and I hope you learned a valuable lesson. I hate ignorant and rude people like you.

Ydi. How is it any of your business what parents buy for their kids? She didn't even owe you an explanation. It was none of your business to begin with.
