Is there any logical thought behind this? Do you look alike? Are you both adopted or just one of you? Does he know he has a long lost twin sister out there? It's hard to believe someone could break off a relationship without real evidence that you could in fact be siblings. But honestly, it could also be just a lame excuse to break it off just because he doesn't want to be in it anymore.

Me and my boyfriend have the same birthday and we find it the best thing ever. He was born in jersey and I was born in Arizona. Two completely different places. Sorry OP. He's really not the brightest.
