You should tell your lead singer that he has to get famous before he starts acting like a rock star douchebag. It's like how some people constantly brag about that novel or screenplay they are working on, and are pretty much picking out the outfit they're going to be wearing on Oprah already.

I'd tell him to go **** himself. A band is about music, not how you look. I can't listen to your face with headphones, but I can listen to your talent.

And he's such a douchebag you seem ten times nicer by comparison.
