Today, I was taking a final test online that would account for 65% of my final grade, for which I'd worked extremely hard. I had one submission for the test, and my roommate thought it would be funny to click the "Submit All" Button while I was getting a glass of water. I got a 13%. FML

Today, I tried to turn in a final exam online. When I went to check if it had been submitted Blackboard told me it did. My grade told a different story. FML

Today, I was taking a test and thought I was doing great until I realized I was writing all my answers on the question paper, not the answer sheet. By the time I noticed, there were only five minutes left. FML

Today, I got my results on a recent, important midterm. During the exam, I'd noticed my instructor had accidentally left an answers page in the test packet, so being honest, I didn't look at them. It turns out she did it on purpose to help us pass. I failed. FML

Today, I took my last final on a Scantron sheet with 200 multiple choice questions, with seconds to spare. When I finished the last question, I saw I had another bubble to fill in and I didn't know where I screwed up. FML

Today, I went to check my grade, which was posted for an essay for my comp 1 class. I got a zero. I was devastated only to find out I never actually clicked the submit document button. My grade dropped 20 points. FML

Today, while I was taking a test in class, there was a question that had everyone stumped. After what seemed like forever, the teacher finally noticed and said he'd typed the question wrong. I spent more than half the time I had to complete the test on a question that wasn't even written correctly. Yes, I failed. FML

Today, I took a final for my law class. As I was taking the test, I noticed the girl on my left copying off me. I wrote all the wrong answers on my sheet while writing the correct answers on my desk hoping she would copy the wrong answers down. I forgot to write the correct answers on my test. FML

why oh why would you EVER take this at home? why not go to the local library so that you are not bothered by anyone?

Local libraries have time limits that often cannot be overwritten. It could be a 2-hour test and a library that can only give you time in 15-minute increments at a time. If it's an online course, it could also be they're taking it long distance which makes going on-campus to take it impossible.

and have more strangers around waiting for you to go pee? and the public internet is freaking slowwwwwww my case: I can't study at home, but the profs never let us download the lectures so we have to watch it online...i have no choice. fuking hate it.

And you just as promptly kicked his little ass, right? Either that or he should be buying you dinner for the rest of the term. As much as it sucks, you kind of asked for it by leaving your PC accessible - that was kind of foolish.
