Failing or not, people still deserve to have a fun day out. I really don't think it's an appropriate punishment. I know if it was me I'd have been anticipating going to PAX for YEARS. You should still be able to pursue other interests! For me, cramming on the day was enough for an A anyway ^^;;

Being punish sucks but with better grades this could've been avoided. On the bright side maybe you can sell your ticket for a decent price. Good Luck!
